Best of Washington 2011 Happy Hour

The ballots are in and guests had a chance to celebrate Washingtonian's 2011 Best Of season at their official happy hour at Whitlows on Wilson. Attendees took advantage of complimentary appetizers and drinks at the Arlington bar, as well as special discounted tickets for the Metromix-sponsored LivingSocial Best of Washington blowout event at the National Building Museum on July 13.
