Capital Pride Parade
The annual Capital Pride Parade went off without a hitch this past Saturday as the traveling party went through Dupont Circle, 17th Street, and other parts of Northwest D.C. In what is arguably one of the best—if not, at least the most wild and fun parades you’ll ever see in D.C., this year’s edition was no different with elaborate floats, dancing on the streets, and lots of giveaways like glitter and beads. It’s like Mardi Gras but with more half naked men and drag queens! This yearly spring event is a “must see” for all D.C. residents!
