D*C*: Design For A Cure at K Street Lounge
Guests and local celebrities including HOT 99.5's Sarah Fraser and "Real Housewives of D.C." cast members Mary Amons, Lynda Erkiletian and Ebong Eka, enjoyed an evening of couture and compassion at D*C*: Design for a Cure at K Street Lounge hosted by 2011 Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Woman of the Year Nominee Glenda L. Fu. Design for a Cure showcased designs from the Nicole Miller Fashion House and gave attendees an innovative catwalk experience melded with inspiring stories of blood cancer survivors. Guest models included survivors Carol Cronin, Chartese Burnett and DJ SAAM. Models were provided by THE ARTIST AGENCY, makeup by Platform Hair & Makeup, and drinks by ULTIMAT Vodka and Mister Days/SoBe. All ticket proceeds went to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
