10th Annual Sugar & Champagne Affair
The 10th Annual Sugar & Champagne Affair to benefit for the Washington Humane Society went off without any doggy accidents last night at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel. The Washington Humane Society’s 10th annual dessert and champagne reception was hosted by Chef Todd and Ellen Gray of Equinox Restaurant. This yearly event honors local crusaders against animal cruelty including Washington Humane Society’s Humane Law Enforcement Officers, Animal Control Officers, and Humane Educators.
This celebration of all things sugary and sweet showcased the DC area’s most talented pastry chefs in a fun and dog friendly cocktail atmosphere. Guests enjoyed delectable confections complemented by some of the world’s finest sparkling wines with their fuzzy pals by their side.
