The Lava Room is not easy to find; it is within a group of five places in what is called the Great Room. The Great Room is the newly renovated lobby of the Doubletree Hotel in Bethesda. While you may have to look for it, there is fun to be had in The Lava Room. There is a mammoth 52 inch plasma screen, but what makes it so cool is there is XBOX 360 or Nintendo Wii available for customers to play. Hotel bars aren't usually the coolest, but they don't usually have a free Wii to play either. Lava Room is worth the look.
