Muse Lounge recently threw open its doors, and Metromix was there for both the soft and grand opening. Located just one block from the Verizon Center in Chinatown, this lounge is a welcome addition to the ‘hood. We all know there are plenty of places to eat; Muse is where you can work it off, and party it up.

With 3 floors and 3 DJ booths, there's something for everyone. The main floor features an illuminated bar and ample dancing space, while the top two floors are designed for the chilling out table service types. There's still dancing to be had on all floors, from top 40 and hip hop on the main level, to mash-ups and house on the upper levels. The crowd is young, hip and dressed to see and be seen.

Happy hour goes daily from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. and if you do want to get your eat on, you can choose from a small menu of light bites featuring cheese and crackers, sandwiches and a shrimp cocktail to name a few. While they're not mixologists, the bartenders give ample pours…nothing fancy, but defintely not weak.
