Grand Central, true to its name, occupies a huge space in the middle of the Adams Morgan strip. It’s attractive for its lack of cover, fairly lenient dress code (although there is one-no hoodies for sure) and potential room to breathe. There are also photo booths inside—a cool novelty that may even help you remember your night. Smokers will appreciate the front deck with awning, which turns into a pleasant brunch spot on the weekend. Though there is a full menu all week, this is really more of a party place. Come in the mood to drink and dance to familiar tunes.
