Step inside and you're taken away from the grit and grime and transported into a sleek, four-level club where it's See and Be Seen. There are different rooms, each with its own vibe, from posh to cool and everything in between, where patrons can get their groove on to hip-hop and R&B, or talk up the fine young man or woman sitting next to them. Some nights also feature live performances by stellar hip-hop and R&B artists.

- The cover charge can be pretty steep, around $20, but if you check the club's Web site, you can usually score free passes online. Thursday, Friday and Saturday features an open bar happy hour from 9-10 p.m.
