This four-story behemoth is one of the District's greatest (and most notorious) club spaces. Known as much for its long lines and frequent liquor license shutdowns as its decadent dance parties and plush VIP lounge, Platinum is still one of the reigning kings of the D.C. club scene. Latin, hip-hop and electronic DJs spin away all weekend long on the three dance floors and cigar and candy stands tempt the vices of patrons away from bottle service and bathroom stalls.
