Lace is a restaurant, bar and nightclub for lesbian women located in the district. Lace provides a space for women of all ages, races and ethnic backgrounds to come together in a relaxed upscale environment to dine, socialize and enjoy a high energy dance experience. Lace also offers a menu that showcases the culinary artistry and expertise of two of Washington’s finest chefs. Patrons at Lace may also participate in cultural and social events targeted toward the gay and lesbian community like book signings, wine tastings and other special events addressing women’s needs.
