The ultra-hip bar connected to the Hotel Rouge is instantly recognizable by the nine topless Greek statues outside and the red leather and chrome door. Inside, grey and red leather padded banquettes and small white and wood tables invite guest to lounge and sip their cocktails. Bar Rouge offers breakfast, lunch, dinner and aforementioned late-night cocktails. The wine list changes monthly, so slide on to a brushed aluminum barstool to enjoy one of the new selections.
