This large, airy and inviting restaurant is named after the little-known Irish architect who designed the White House. The front room features a bright and welcoming bar along with tables and striped padded banquettes. Framed images of famous Irish writers dominate the bar area. The pub menu features such favorites as Welsh Rarebit and fries, while the more formal dinner menu (as befits the more formal dining room area), offers Donegal seafood and short rib ravioli. Outdoor seating is available in the warmer months, so you can sip your Guinness al fresco.

"Two thumbs up for the management and waitstaff"

We organized an alumni happy hour here and were thrilled with how helpful James Hoban's management was. They even reserved part of the bar for us! ...
