Redheads are hard to come by these days, so we thought they may just come out to play at Leprechaun Lap's St. Patty's Day celebration -- and we were right! This made sense to us since 50% of the Irish population are believed to hold the recessive red hair gene. We set out on a mission to find some of the cutest girls in the District and now we're asking you to vote.
