Professor J. Mathius Sprocket welcomes the crowd and introduces the first performer to the stage at the Palace of Wonders. The Professor is both the mastermind behind the Weirdo Show and the event's MC. He's quite the Renaissance Man. Before starting the Weirdo Show in early 2006, the Professor spent 30 years in avant-garde European theater. It's always refreshing to see a struggling artist finally hit the big time.
