They weren’t kidding when they named this the “Lil Pub.” Located on the historic Pennsylvania Avenue stretch, this neighborhood bar is the definition of little. It's a room with a bar, and a small one at that, but that’s the charm of it. Regulars line the bar or sit out front having a smoke. And the happy hour specials are extended, to put it lightly, going from 3-8 every day but Sunday, when the specials last all day.
