Local Craft Beer and Crab Festival
What better way to kickstart the summer than with some great beer and even better food? Guests joined Metromix on Memorial Dayfor a special Craft Beer and Crab Festival at U Street's Policy to help launch both D.C.'s swimsuit season and the upcoming Savor Beer Week. Several area breweries were on hand to give out free samples and swag, including Flying Dog, Dogfish Head Ale, Heavy Seas, DC Brau and Port City, while Policy's acclaimed chef Bryan Murphy cooked up whole crabs, crab cakes, soft shell crabs and all the fixin's to ensure no one left hungry or thirsty!
