Midtown Loft's Humpday Happy Hour

Midtown Loft: D.C.'s entertainment parlor

Midtown Loft just opened on Monday, August 17th.  Described as DC’s first entertainment parlor, Midtown offered free draft beer from 5-6 pm, $5 cocktails, and free parlor games.  The Humpday Happy Hour proved to be a relaxed atmosphere where the D.C. crowd could gather for a game of pool, some foosball, a touch-screen video game, or a chance to mix and mingle.  Most of the music was 1990’s hits, but the loft never got too loud.  Waitresses were on hand to keep the free beer flowing, while patrons sat back in leather cushions to enjoy the rustic feel of a loft complete with bar/lounge amenities.  This laid-back parlor provided a unique and mellow evening amidst the hustle and bustle of DC. And remember, free draft beer at Happy Hour is Monday through Friday!
