The pairing of food and wine is at the forefront here, with cuisine that focuses on local ingredients and American and Italian wines. The outdoor seating is in high demand, but Sonoma doesn't take reservations for that specific area, so get there early or be prepared to dine or drink inside. Not that that would be a bad thing, particularly if you head to the lounge upstairs and get comfortable on the large sofas or armchairs.
