Marston Hefner, the Playboy mogul's 21-year-old son, was arrested in a Los Angeles suburb Sunday night.
Police received a domestic violence call from the Pasadena home Marston shared with Playmate Claire Sinclair, 20, shortly before 11 p.m., reports E! News.
Sinclair sported minor injuries, according to police, and Hefner was taken into custody.
Hefner was charged with battery and released a few hours later after posting $20,000 bail. No court date has been set yet.
Sinclair admitted last year that's she has had a "tumultuous" relationship with Marston, one of Hugh Hefner's three children with 1988 Playmate of the Year Kimberley Conrad.
