You know what the Tuesday before Halloween means in Washington D.C., right? That's right, the the annual high heeled drag queen race is on! And it was on this year! Despite the rain drops, fans and drag queens alike celebrated one of their favorite event on 17th Street near Dupont Circle! Spotted: Octomom, The King and Queen of Pop, politicians including Grand Marshal Mayor Adrian Fenty, Broadway's favorites and numerous other illustrious get ups. This is an annual tradition not to be missed!
