Pooch Power Hour

In celebration of National Take Your Dog To Work Day on Friday June 26th, 2009, the Liaison Capitol Hill hosted Pooch Power Hour on the patio of their famed restaurant Art and Soul. Tickets for the event were $40 per person and $10 per pooch and partially benefited the Washington Humane Society. Each ticket included delicious hors d’oeuvres and summer cocktails for humans and their four-legged friends. While the humans enjoyed Art and Soul’s signature hors d’oeuvres including Maryland Crabcrakes, Lamb skewers and Heirloom Tomato Gazpacho, man’s best friend’s chomped down Puppy Cakes, Hungry Dawg Grilled Steak, and Bowser Beer. Art and Soul’s patio is open from 5:30-10 p.m. daily and dogs are always welcome.
