Warped Tour 2009 gives D.C. its yearly dose of rock

America's mighty punk rock/extreme sports institution, the Warped Tour, returns for its fifteenth go-around. The Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, MD played host to the show this year, drawing guests from every corner of Virginia, Maryland and DC. With just one main stage instead of the usual two you might think the Tour has lost some of its bite, but the energy was high as ever with some bands playing sets as long as 40 minutes.
