Chris Cooley's Rally for the Cure
About a year ago, Redskins star Chris Cooley’s mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. She fought the terrible disease and won. In celebration of her recovery and in order to raise money to help others affected by the terrible disease, the tight end threw a fabulous party at The Original Steakhouse is Ashburn, VA. The party was complete with a huge buffet, an open bar, a raffle, and tons of great Redskins’ memorabilia to be auctioned off. There was no shortage of famous faces around the place, with Jason Taylor, Clinton Portis, Albert Haynesworth, Colt Brennan, and many more all out to lend a helping hand. The event was a success, raising several thousand dollars for The Race for the Cure foundation and showing hundreds of Redskins fans a great time!
