The host of the evening, Guy Lambert and Tigerlily Founder, Maimah Karmo
He may work in radio now, but WPCG 95.5's Guy Lambert must have made a stellar auctioneer in a past life. "Did I hear $100? Alright, $100 going once...twice...SOLD!" he bellowed, the crowd exploding in applause. Such was the scene at Josephine's, where D.C's hottest bachelors and bachelorettes assembled to drink, mingle, and well, get auctioned off, all in the name of raising awareness for breast cancer.
Held as a benefit for the Tigerlily Foundation, the auction featured many of D.C's most prominent personalities. Among the eligible were Brian Mitchell, of Redskins fame and more. But the best part of all the mixing and mingling was the money it raised, going to help support young women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer.
