It's Mardi Gras time and outside of being in New Orleans of course, there was no better way to celebrate Fat Tuesday than with Metromix and Lindy Promotions at Rumors. The New Orleans-themed bash included; beads, masks, decorations for all, a DJ, dancing all night, and a Cajun hot wing eating contest. The authentic New Orleans menu included red beans and rice, jambalaya and gumbo.
