Martinis and Mistletoe
The spirit of the holiday season was in full swing at Teatro Goldoni Restaurant for the Martinis and Mistletoe event benefiting the Pediatric AIDS/HIV Care Organization for Kids. Hundreds of attendees braved the cold weather to support the only charity in Washington that is exclusively devoted to providing vital support services to children and adolescents with HIV/AIDS. In addition to hors d'oeurves and martinis, organizers gathered a wide array of raffle prizes that were donated by Washington area businesses. Ticket buyers could take home everything from an expensive make over to a tasting at the Charlie Palmer steakhouse. Through the generous donations made during the event, children living with HIV/AIDS will be able to get the care they so desperately need.
