The magazine invited several models who have graced their pages and they were definitely hard to miss at this special masquerade Halloween party While many Washingtonians already celebrated the festive holiday over the weekend, the night was another chance to extend the fun, don that costume again and carry the festive spirit through Halloween evening proper.
