Night of the Living Zoo 2010 at the National Zoo
Halloween partiers wore their best costumes and enjoyed the National Zoo by moonlight at the 2010 Night of the Living Zoo on Friday, October 29. In addition to food, drink and the animals, guests were also entertained by traveling performance artists, including palm readers, fire eaters, talking bats, and illusionists. The night ended with a performance by up and coming band Grace Potter & The Nocturnals.
