The 21st Annual Naughty or Nice at Public Bar
The 21st Annual Naughty or Nice Party took place last night at Public Bar in Dupont Circle. This invite only event let guest decide whether they would dress and act naughty or dress nicely and be good little boys and girls. Looking at the photos, it seems like most guest decide to dress nicely but to party wildly like a naughty child would.
Now it’s up to Santa to decide who’ll be getting coal under their Christmas tree this year!
