The party was on at ArtBar at the Capitol Liaison Hotel in celebration of Art Smith’s appearance on Top Chef Masters. Guests enjoyed complimentary passed hors d’oeuvres and cocktails while watching Top Chef Master’s latest show on flat screens set up in the bar and lounge. Throughout the month of July, Art and Soul restaurant celebrates Chef Art Smith’s participation on Bravo’s Top Chef Masters with a pre-fix dinner menu of classic Chef Art dishes. Portions of the proceeds from the pre-fix dinner benefit Chef Art’s charity.
