Rooftop Howl-O-Week Bash with Fashion for Paws Benefiting Washington Humane Society
Guests got scared in style as the W Hotel Washington and Bacardi held a special Howl-O-Ween Bash at POV Lounge's rooftop bar on October 28th. The evening included cocktails, dancing and DJs, photo booths and the best view of the District. A portion of the proceeds also went to benefit Fashion For Paws and the Washington Humane Society.
The night's most creative costume costume won a W D.C. Sleepover Package that included champagne and breakfast in bed!
