Fashion Fights Poverty

Since when does high fashion have anything to do with poverty?  Thanks to the generous efforts of the DC socialites and businesspeople who volunteer to work for FPP, Fashion Fights Poverty's fashion show has become one of the largest fashion fundraisers in DC.  The designers at the show used eco-friendly textiles, and supported the FFP cause of raising awareness about social responsibility. This glamorous event showed that runway fashions aren't always inaccessible and hard to pull off in everyday life---they can be beautiful, wearable, and full of heart.
