Tucked away in the Dupont Circle area, this little park is a wonderfully romantic spot. Emulating the Spanish Steps in Rome, this little neighborhood park is frequented by runners, joggers, and couples. Because of its relatively high position, the park offers an incredible view of Northwest DC that is particularly spectacular at night. Pack a picnic and watch the sunset with someone special.
