On Sunday's premiere of Mad Men, Megan (Jessica Pare) performed a sexy surprise birthday party serenade to her husband Don Draper (Jon Hamm), singing what sounded like "Zoo be zoo be zoo."

Lionsgate Television Music has announced it released Pare's sultry rendition of the tune, Zou Bisou Bisou, at midnight on iTunes, with special limited edition vinyl to be sold through the AMC Mad Menwebsite.

What song was she singing? Vulture.com reports that Megan's 1967 performance was based on Zou Bisou Bisou, a 1961 recording by Gillian Hill. But Hill's was the French version of a song originally sung in English by Sophia Loren.

Vulture adds that the song was produced by George Martin, who later went on to record The Beatles, and it was co-written by Bill Shepard (who later arranged Bee Gees songs), and Alan Tew, who later two composed Judge Wapner's entrance music to The People's Court.
