Oxygen's "The Glee Project" is a new documentary reality series about a group of performers competing for a guest role on Fox's hit series "Glee." Spearheaded by Ryan Murphy (creator and executive producer of "Glee"), the ten episode show will take these Gleeks through a whirlwind of workshops to find out who is capable of playing an emotionally musical high schooler at William McKinley. It's almost as exciting as an after school special. Almost.
