The 65-year-old rocker married theater producer Sally Humphreys, 34, on Friday, British media are reporting.
The two had been dating about six months when their engagement was announced in late October.
Among the musician's celeb pals who attended the wedding at London's Dorchester Hotel: Rod Stewart and wife Penny Lancaster and Paul McCartney and wife Nancy Shevell.
The bride announced that she was wearing her mother's wedding dress. The rocker groom wore a dark suit with bright pink socks to the ceremony, as shown in wedding photos in The Sun.
The Stones just recently wrapped up a set of concerts in the United States as part of their 50 and Counting anniversary tour.
