NSO at Wolf Trap: PLAY! A Video Game Symphony
Everyone felt like a kid again when the National Symphony Orchestra presented Play! Video Game Symphony concert at Wolf Trap this past weekend. The two hour long show featured award-winning music from classic and recent video games including Super Mario Brothers, World of Warcraft, Metroid, The Legend of Zelda, Halo Reach, and many more. Outstanding visuals on huge screens in-house and on the lawn accompanied the music and highlighted memorable moments from these blockbuster video games. Video game aficionados were in paradise and definitely didn’t leave the Filene Center disappointed!
