My friend and I ordered carry out. Two orders came to the pick-up window in 15 minutes. The cashier grabbed one of them, then called my friend's number. The other order was pushed to the side. 30 minutes later, after many other meals were served, the cashier finally grabbed the 30 minute old order and called my name (my friend already sat down and finished his meal). I explained to the cashier his screw-up and asked for a discount. He just laughed at me, took the meal away and told me to get out! If you want service like this, be my guest, but you won't ever see me there again.
