The name of this restaurant may be silly and it's location seemingly sketchy in the old Brookfield Plaza, but the Food Corner II Kabob House is not to be missed if you love kabobs and Afghan food. Though the eatery is small and casual, the decor is exceptionally warm and modern and the service behind the counter is incredibly friendly. There are a dozen tables available for dining or you may chose to order takeout - either way your order comes quite quickly. The aroma of flavorful Afghan delicacies like charcoaled meats and earthy, sauteed pumpkin is just as inviting as their presentation, and considering the quality of the fare the prices on the menu are very reasonable.
