Zed's Ethiopian Cuisine

Zed's in Georgetown offers authentic Ethiopian food with a full bar and great service. (The chefs have even been known to come by and make sure your meal has been prepared to your liking.) The menu has rich stews and a lot of chicken and lamb dishes. The coolest part (or ickiest, depending on your preference) is that you eat not with utensils, but with your fingers and the traditional flatbread--true to the African dining experience.
