The atmosphere is the best! The food is really, really good. No matter how busy they are during the lunch hour - even at 2PM, things are hopping! Music is going, and everyone behind the bar is having a great time! The burgers and fries are great!

Ben's is famous. Very famous. Thanks to President Barack Obama, this place has been buzzing for months! It's a staple for DCists and a tourist trap that is worth the wait. Grab a dog and some cheese fries and get all greasy with this meal that will stick with you for a while...

Go here late at night, and the atmosphere changes quite a bit, since you'll see more drunks wanting some good munchies. It's all a great experience and fun to people watch while you wait.

I went to DC on vacation and stopped by to have dinner at Ben's. WOW it was fantastic! Next time I go to DC I look forward to coming back to Ben's Chili Bowl. They have MUCH MORE than just chili dogs! It was delicious. Thanks for the great customer service. Look forward to coming back! God Bless
