Brion's Grille may look like every other grille on the outside (and well, inside too). But if you take a closer look at the different pictures and decorations that line the walls, it’s evident just how much the establishment supports local sports such as, George Mason University, which is across the road from it. The menu branches out from the typical burger list that one would expect. There are risotto dishes, Danish ribs and farm-raised roasted tilapia with creative names like "best you've ever had crab cakes" and dishes named after real people like GMU's basketball coach Jim Larranaga.
