Across from the Walter Reed Medical Center, Charlie's is pretty quiet most of the day. This place comes to life at night with bustling music and good drinks. The grill side of this bar and grill offers some classic bar food that satisfies happy hour customers. There aren't too many places as nice as Charlie's in this area.
