"Ingredients Matter" is Elevation Burger's slogan, and with 100% USDA-Certified organic beef and french fries cooked in olive oil, you know they mean it! The restaurant was developed by Hans Hess of California and the first location opened in 2005. One thing's for sure, this is not your traditional burger joint! The main difference: Elevation Burger is dedicated to health. Menu items include a variety of burgers and cheeseburgers, including the "Vertigo Burger" which you can stack up to 10 patties tall, but before you start feeling guilty, all are made with 100% USDA-certified organic beef! The restaurant also offers a veggie and vegan burger, with its own special sauce. Diners who don't want bread, can ditch the bun without judgement, and order a burger wrapped in lettuce instead. Also, be sure to save room for desert because they offer a wide selection of shakes and malts.
