Good Thyme has lot to offer hungry people at breakfast and lunch. At first glance, there are two buffets: one offering hot, comfort food like roast turkey and mashed potatoes and the other serving up a large selection of salads and toppings. Peeking out behind the salad bar, is a sushi chef busy making maki rolls and nigiri. The whole back portion is a grill, serving up hot and cold sandwiches and any other specials that the cooks are inspired to create that day.
