Bad things that is - first visit and last visit. Wow, am I tired. We went there expecting kind of high prices - but at least have decent food. Food came after one hour and 20 minutes? Sliders were a joke - hard bread, 1 teaspoon of pork stuff - tasted like Lloyds from Safeway. The fries - were all mixed up, curly, crinkle, regular - but all like the dreggs at the bottom of the bag. Not hot, not warm. Very cool - and not in a good way. The ketchup cups had about 1/2 tsp of ketchup - and I didnt like any of them. My iced tea was the not even slightly amber colored - it tasted like lemon water. The waiter/waitress - was totally inattentive to our rather large party - made many mistakes - left out items, never came back to refill, ask anything. Couldn't tell if it was a man or woman - not a pleasant personality for sure. The managers seemed very nice - it is the cooks and servers who suck.I (for sure) and the other 10 people with me will probably never go back.

I agree with the other review...Started by being told how great the Giant burger was prior to being seated on a near empty night. Started ordering only to be told they were out of the burgers...2 out of 6 people wanted it. 40 mins later, the 2 children meals came...adults had to wait another 30 minutes...kids were done and starting to get board...Both were still hungry and no bread or other things come unless you order it.
Adult chicken/pineapple meal came...ton of over spiced rice and very little chicken. Fish & chips were good, but over cooked and cold...go figure. Steak was over cooked and dry. Only reason to go here would be for the over priced fries ($10) and to try various keptups. Service lacked...even took 4 attemps and 25 mins for salad dressing and more keptup...by this time, the fries were cold. 18% added to the bill with 6 people or more, so I guess they know the service didn't matter! But the people did smile and said have a nice night upon leaving.

KETCHUP was the worst restaurant I have ever been to. We finally got our food after 55 minutes the service was bad , after the food came it only got worst the food was dry the bun on the mini hamburgers were hard the rest of the food was just as bad. We were a party of 6 we all ordered appitizers and only two drinks our bill was over $230.00 when we left we were still hungry. We eat out 4-5 times a week or more and this was truely the worst restaurant we have ever been to.
