During the day, McFadden's Restaurant and Saloon can be a very family friendly spot for a meal. When the sun goes down, a mix of DC's business community, college folk and interns converge for a rollicking good time. McFadden's features a number of events, including Game Wednesdays with free Xbox rentals and board games from 5 p.m. to 12 a.m., and Tropical Thursdays with $2 Coronas and $3 Captain Drinks from 8 p.m. to 12 a.m. The most popular item on the menu? The $8 McFadden burger cooked on a wood grill fire. It goes for half price on Wednesdays.
