The small space at Middle Eastern Cuisine means nothing. Everything else in the restaurant comes at you in a big way. The service is big. The food is big. The interaction is big. Family owned and operated since 1973, Middle Eastern Cuisine is a treasure in the heart of Old Town Takoma Park. The food displays a nice range of Middle Eastern Cuisine from kidreh with chicken to kifta kebab, charbroiled beef with lamb patties. Vegetarian dinners are also on the menu such as veggie lasagna and stuffed eggplant. The place is normally busy and fills rather quickly but the atmosphere is warm and provides great interaction.
