Located behind the Hotel Monaco, Poste has a bright and open interior that lets in major amounts of sunlight and opens up into a spacious outdoor seating area. The food is upscale American cuisine and there is something for everyone on the menu.
Poste and Chef Robert Weland have come up with a new farm-to-table dinner concept, called ‘Poste Roasts’ to be served during the summer months. Chef Weland will spit-roast locally-sourced cuts of meat on the garden’s new grill, which will be served with a complementary side featuring ingredients from local farms and the restaurant’s organic garden. The dinner is served family style for 6 to 12 people and is available every night (except Thursdays). The new dinner offering is $27 per person excluding dessert and wine. Poste will also be doing specific pairings with VA wines for each roast.

"Nice place for drinks"
By ProducerDan, April 4, 2009
Haven't eaten here - just had drinks. It's a nice place for locals or out of towners. Cool ambiance, and a great courtyard in an amazing building...
