A favorite of first daughter Jenna Bush, Smith Point in the heart of Georgetown is an area classic. It manages to be hip without being pretentious and sports a great all-American menu and extensive wine list. Favorites include jumbo shrimp and grits, stuffed chicken and seared scallops. However, Smith Point is best known for its bar scene, which is frequented by the preppy chic crowd and young Georgtown students. Please note Smith is only open Thursdays, Friday, and Saturday nights....but all night long!
